Job Role
- Organize and manage all documentation tasks related to the creation of commercial invoices and packing lists.
- Maintain a schedule and tracking of all past and future shipments
- Gather data and timely and accurate submission of bills of lading information (Shipping instructions) to shipping liners /freight forwarding agents.
- Enter data of all shipments and bills of lading information to the ERP system.
- Working closely with the sales and finance departments to arrange the preparation and timely dispatch of shipping documents to meet pre set -KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years in import/export documentation, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with external parties.
- Ability to work long hours and under pressure for completion of essential tasks.
- The ideal candidate will be below 35 years of age.
